Return and Exchange Policy in Accordance with Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry
The return and exchange policy aims to ensure consumer rights in accordance with the laws and regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry in Kuwait, in line with Consumer Protection Law No. (39) of 2015. Below are the details of this policy:
● The timeframe for returning or exchanging a product must not exceed 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
● The original invoice/receipt must be provided for all returns and exchanges.
● A valid ID with a personal photo is also preferred as part of the verification process.
● The product must be unused and in its original condition.
● The returned product must be in its new condition, in its original packaging, and include all warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
● If the product was part of a promotional offer (and the promotion period has expired), the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refunded amount.
● Free items that were included with the purchased products must also be returned. If the free items are not in new condition, additional charges may apply.
● Any discrepancies in the product's condition or missing accessories may lead to delays or the forfeiture of part of the refund.
● The company reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the specified conditions are not met.
● Digital cards: Such as iTunes, PSN, Xbox, Google Play, and others.
● Consumable items: Such as batteries, microphones, chargers, and similar products.
● Damaged or poorly handled items: Such as products damaged due to misuse.
● Items missing essential accessories: Such as remote controls, wires, and cables.
● Computer software and video games: If opened or used.
- Ensure the product is returned with all its accessories.
- Ensure all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories are returned.
- Provide the original invoice/receipt as proof of purchase.
- Specify the reason for the return and obtain a report.
- Send the report to customer service to initiate the refund process.
● The bank refund process will take between 7 to 14 business days from the date of approval of the return request.
● The refund will be issued using the same payment method used during the purchase (cash or online).
● The company reserves the right to warn customers who repeatedly submit unjustified return requests; subsequent requests may not qualify for returns or exchanges.
